Book of the track: is made in person at the control center of the community, one day in advance at most.
Maximum Period: 90 minutes per day per user .
- At the time of booking will be paid by the amount:
Owners / tenants: 4.00 € day, € 6.00 and if required the firing of focos.No owners: 8.00 € day, and if required € 12.00's ignition sources .
- At the beginning of the period set aside, the user will collect the key from the runway in the control center, depositing bail of € 30, which will be returned completed the use of the runway .
- The guards of the community ensure the proper use of the tracks, and are entitled to restrict access to people who do not abide by the rules of the Commonwealth .
- The Community does not have showers .

Arte Sacro and Afines Business Park:
Developed by Sevilla Global, as the Economic Development Agency for the Seville City Council. It includes workshops on sacred art, and a multipurpose building with areas for common services. Seville City Council has granted a site to the Public Employment Service, located between the Vilamar 2 building and the commercial warehouses, for the construction of their provincial office.

Four star. Built on 11 floors, with 172 rooms, and specialising in business. Basement with parking for customers. Seven congress and conference lounges, covering a total of 1300 square metres, distributed over the first and second floors.
