Documentation required / data (*):

  1. Low voltage electrical installation certificate
  2. Occupancy or opening permit (the latter where applicable)
  3. Bank account No for the standing order with Sevillana
  4. Photocopy of property deeds or rental contract, whether a business or private individual
  5. Letter of authorisation for authorised representative if applicable
  6. Company Tax Identification Number and Fiscal Identification Number of authorised representative
  7. Connection number (Request number from Crefincas or Inmovila)
